Content Policy

meisan is an 18+ interactive fiction service operated by MEISAN AI LTD. All output is text generated by artificial intelligence in response to user prompts. Every character is fictional and an adult; no real person is depicted, and users cannot upload photographs or video.

Adult fiction between consenting fictional adults is permitted. The categories below are not, and are blocked automatically. This list reflects the requirements of Visa, Mastercard and Discover and of our payment processor.

Human trafficking — zero tolerance

meisan does not condone human trafficking or sex trafficking in any form, and prohibits any use of the service that promotes, facilitates, advertises or solicits it. All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities (in the UK, the National Crime Agency and the Modern Slavery Helpline), and the responsible accounts terminated.

Prohibited content

• Minors. Any sexual content involving a character who is a minor, described as under 18, or established as a child — including infantilised scenarios. Zero tolerance.
• Deepfakes & real people. Sexual, violent or defamatory depiction of an identifiable real person, or imitation of their image or likeness, without their consent.
• Non-consent. Sexual content depicting someone unwilling, asleep, unconscious, or otherwise unable to consent.
• Sexual activity under the influence. Sexual content where a character is incapacitated by drugs, alcohol or hypnosis.
• Incest. Sexual content between family members, including step- and adoptive relations.
• Bestiality & animal cruelty. Sexual content involving an actual animal, or the abuse of animals.
• Snuff & extreme violence. Killing, abduction, asphyxiation, strangulation or corpses presented as sexual content, and torture dwelt on for arousal, including fantasy snuff.
• Watersports, scat & diaper play. Sexual content involving urine, faeces or menstrual blood, or adult-baby/diaper play (ABDL).
• Prostitution & escorting. Sexual content framed as paid sex work, escorting, or solicitation.
• Polygamy. Content depicting polygamous marriage scenarios.
• Human trafficking & exploitation. Any content or use that promotes, facilitates, advertises or solicits human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or real-world physical abuse.
• Hate speech. Content whose purpose is to degrade or dehumanise a real-world protected group.
• Illegal activity. Real, actionable instructions for serious crimes — building weapons or explosives, synthesising drugs, or attacking a real target.
• Professional advice. Medical, legal, financial, psychological or gambling/handicapping guidance presented as reliable.
• Copyright infringement. Reproducing or repurposing copyrighted material without the rights holder's permission.

How this is enforced

Enforcement is automated and applies to every message, not just to reports:

• Before generation. Each user message is screened by a classifier against the categories above. A message that violates them is blocked and no reply is ever generated.
• After generation.A second classifier screens the model's reply before it is stored. Anything that slipped through is blocked and deleted.
• At creation and import. Character descriptions, prompts and imported cards are screened before a character can be created.
• Logging and action. Every block is logged. Attempts to generate prohibited content — in particular any attempt involving minors — result in the content being blocked and the account suspended or terminated, and are reported to the relevant authorities where required.

Attempting to bypass these systems is itself a breach of the Terms of Service.

Reporting & content removal

Any user can report a response from inside the chat using the flag icon on the message, or by emailing support@meisan.ai. Reports are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days, and the outcome is communicated to the person who reported it. Content found to be unlawful is removed immediately.

Appeals

If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email support@meisan.ai. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party, with any associated costs to be covered by the merchant.

AI-generated content

All characters, dialogue and stories on meisan are generated by AI and are labelled as such in the product. They are fiction: the characters are not real people, and nothing produced should be treated as a depiction of, or statement by, a real person. See the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption Statement.
