DMCA & Copyright Policy

MEISAN AI LTDrespects intellectual property rights and expects users of meisan (the "Service") to do the same. Using the Service to reproduce or repurpose copyrighted material without the rights holder's permission is prohibited by the Terms of Service and the Content Policy.

We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable UK law.

Reporting infringement

Send a notice to support@meisan.ai with the subject line "DMCA Notice", including all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the character, preset or page).
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. Material we determine to be infringing is removed promptly.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address including: your contact details; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error; your consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court; and your signature. We may restore the material where the law permits.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights are terminated, without refund, in line with the Terms of Service.

A note on AI-generated text

Output on the Service is text generated by AI models in response to user prompts. It is not copied from a library of existing works. Where a user deliberately prompts the Service to reproduce a protected work, that use breaches the Terms and is the responsibility of that user; we act on notices as set out above.
