18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

All content available on or through meisan (the "Service"), operated by MEISAN AI LTD, is text generated by artificial intelligence in response to user prompts, together with illustrated artwork for the Service's own preset characters.

The Service does not produce, host, or distribute any photographic or video depictions of actual human beings, and does not permit users to upload photographs or video. No content on the Service is a visual depiction of an actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

Accordingly, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to any content on the Service, because those requirements attach only to visual depictions of actual human beings.

All characters are fictional adults

Every character on the Service is entirely fictional and does not depict, and is not intended to depict, any real person. All characters depicted are adults aged 18 or over. Any resemblance to an actual person, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended.

The Service enforces this automatically: content involving minors is prohibited and blocked by automated classifiers before and after generation, as is content sexualising, or depicting harm to, identifiable real people. See the Content Policy.

Reporting

If you believe any content on the Service depicts a real person, or otherwise breaches this statement, report it immediately from within the chat or email support@meisan.ai. Reports are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days, and content found to be unlawful is removed immediately.
